What data we process, for what purpose and on what basis

Contact form (inquiries)

When you send us a message via the contact form, we process:

• your name and surname,
• your company / municipality (if you provide it),
• your email address,
• your phone number,
• the text of your message.

Purpose: handling your inquiry or question and communicating with you.

Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box when submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time at info@aleners.com; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Retention period

• We keep inquiry data for the time needed to handle the inquiry and then for a further 1 year; after that we delete it, unless another legal ground for keeping it arises (e.g. conclusion of a contract or a legal obligation).
• Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw your consent.
• Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics.
