Effective Energy Solutions for Smaller Budgets

For smaller municipalities, we have successfully implemented photovoltaic power plants on roofs of municipal offices and schools, typically with capacity up to 50 kW, allowing for simplified approval process without building permit requirement.

Almost all our municipal projects include battery systems, enabling full utilization of produced energy even when the sun isn't shining, which is especially important for buildings with low summer consumption, such as schools.

We have also modernized public lighting in more than 30 municipalities, achieving additional significant energy savings through replacement of standard sodium lamps with efficient LED fixtures.

Interconnected Energy Systems for Urban Infrastructure

For larger towns, we have implemented more extensive photovoltaic projects with capacity exceeding 100 kWp, often encompassing multiple buildings simultaneously – school complexes, administrative buildings, sports halls and technical services.

In these projects, we connect solar energy production with battery storage while also addressing efficient public lighting. All installations are connected to our monitoring system, enabling observation and management of the entire energy system from one place.

With new legislation from July 2024, we are already preparing projects for energy sharing between consumption points, which will allow connecting schools, offices, sports halls, wastewater treatment plants or health centers into one energy unit with significantly better economic return.

Example Project: Photovoltaic Solution for Milešovice Municipality

Implementation of shared PV system on municipal office, school and kindergarten buildings.

Implementation Description

Instalace fotovoltaických elektráren na budovách obecního úřadu, základní školy a mateřské školy v obci Milešovice.

Installation of photovoltaic power plants on buildings of municipal office, elementary school and kindergarten in Milešovice municipality.

PV located on kindergarten building roof. Its capacity is 39.5 kWp with 40.6 kWh storage. It consists of 79 monocrystalline photovoltaic panels by LONGI manufacturer. 2 Solax inverters are installed.

PV on elementary school building roof with 19.8 kWp capacity and 18.4 kWh storage. It consists of 36 JA Solar monocrystalline photovoltaic panels. Solax inverter is installed.

PV installed on municipal office building roof with 39.5 kWp capacity and 8.3 kWh storage. It consists of 20 LONGI monocrystalline photovoltaic panels. 1 Solax inverter is installed.

Construction was supported by a grant of CZK 2,650,531. The project was designed to maximize solar potential utilization of the given location and ensure long-term sustainability of facilities' energy needs in combination with community energy.
