The technological process

How ACTROM works

ACTROM technology is based on advanced material processing in a controlled closed-loop process.

Waste that would otherwise end up in landfills or incinerators undergoes a process where it decomposes into basic components.

The entire process is up to 7.5× more energy efficient than hydrogen production via electrolysis, making it an economically viable alternative to traditional waste disposal and hydrogen production methods.

We produce quality-controlled gas mixtures containing up to 30% hydrogen, methane, hydrocarbon calorific stabilizers, and detonation inhibitors, enabling use of this gas as a more eco-friendly CNG fuel replacement for any unmodified CNG vehicle.

The first and only permitted operation of this type in the Czech Republic at our Filák facility in Vlkoš.
Module 3 for landfill gas processing (separation and compression) was successfully commissioned in England.
We successfully implemented Modules 2 and 3 in London as an addition to the customer's existing pyrolysis unit.
We installed Module 3 for a Czech customer with their own thermolysis unit.
