Agrovoltaika (agrofotovoltaika nebo také agrivoltaika) propojuje zemědělskou produkci s výrobou elektřiny na stejném pozemku. Solární panely jsou umístěny nad plodinami nebo mezi řádky tak, aby zemědělská činnost zůstala primární funkcí půdy. Díky nové legislativě není nutné pozemek vyjímat ze zemědělského fondu a zachovává tak nárok na zemědělské dotace.

Jaké jsou výhody agrovoltaiky

Agrovoltaika nabízí dvojí příjem bez ztráty dotací - půda zůstává v registru LPIS a zachováte přímé platby SZIF i agroenvironmentální podporu. Panely chrání vinice, sady a bobuloviny před krupobitím, přívalovým deštěm i jarními mrazíky a snižují potřebu zavlažování. Není nutné vyjmutí ze zemědělského fondu, protože agrovoltaika je dle zákona stavbou pro zemědělství.

Pro jaké plodiny je agrovoltaika vhodná

Agrovoltaické systémy jsou vhodné pro vinice, ovocné sady (jabloně, hrušně, třešně), chmelnice s vysokými konstrukcemi až 8 metrů a zeleninu s vysokou pracností (rajčata, okurky, zelí, brokolice).

Jaké dotace jsou dostupné na agrovoltaiku

Na agrovoltaiku lze čerpat dotaci RES+ Modernizačního fondu s podporou až 30 % způsobilých výdajů. Nabízíme kompletní vyřízení dotace včetně poradenství, přípravy podkladů a administrace žádosti.

Jaké jsou technické specifikace agrovoltaických systémů

Horizontální systémy mají panely umístěny ve výšce 3,5–5 metrů (u chmele až 8 m) nad pěstební plochou. Vertikální bifaciální systémy tvoří oboustranné panely orientované východ-západ s rozestupem 9–25 metrů a záborem půdy pouhých 10 %. Dle vyhlášky č. 463/2025 Sb. musí zemědělsky využitelná plocha činit minimálně 80 % celkové plochy.

What Is Agrivoltaics

Agrivoltaics (also known as agrophotovoltaics or agri-PV) combines agricultural production with electricity generation on the same plot of land. Solar panels are positioned above crops or between rows so that farming remains the primary function of the land.

Thanks to new legislation in Czech Republic, there is no need to remove the land from the agricultural land fund, preserving eligibility for agricultural subsidies.

Agrivoltaic System Specifications

We design structures meeting all Czech legislative requirements for agrivoltaic power plants.

Horizontal Systems Above Crops

Panels are mounted on structures 3.5–5 meters high (up to 8 m for hops) above the cultivation area. The structures occupy only 10–20% of the area; the remainder stays fully available for farming. ‍

Ideal for vineyards, orchards, berry crops, and vegetables.

Vertical Bifacial Systems

Double-sided panels oriented east-west form "fences" between crop rows with 9–25 meter spacing. Land take is just 10 %, allowing passage of all agricultural machinery.

‍Suitable for cereals, potatoes, and grassland.

Requirements Under Decree No. 463/2025 Coll.

Agriculturally usable area must be at least 80% of the total area. Foundations consist of ground screws without concrete to avoid stripping cultural soil layers.

Maximum reduction of photosynthetically active radiation for crops is set at 30 % for horizontal and 20 % for vertical systems.
