Own Production Facilities for Maximum Quality Control

The quality of mounting systems has a fundamental impact on the long-term reliability and efficiency of a solar power plant implementation.

In our production facility near Přerov, we have extensive production and storage spaces covering 12,000 m².

These facilities enable us to control the entire process from design through production to dispatch. We use the most modern technologies including CNC machines and welding centers, which allows us to achieve the highest precision and manufacturing quality.

Our production capacities include technological equipment for processing both steel and aluminum mounting systems. For steel mounting systems, we use hot-dip galvanizing technology, which ensures exceptional corrosion resistance with warranty up to 20 years against rust.

In the area of aluminum mounting systems, we have an advantage thanks to our own production of aluminum profiles.

Thanks to our production facilities and technologies, we can manufacture these mounting systems with high precision and in short time. This is especially important for non-standard projects where standard typical solutions cannot be used.

Innovative Solutions for the Future of Energy

Besides regular installations, we specialize in innovative solutions that push the boundaries of solar energy. For example, we're the first company in the Czech Republic that successfully implemented an agrivoltaic installation. Agrivoltaics enables combining agricultural activity with solar energy production on the same land.

Agrivoltaics is now possible thanks to the Lex OZE 2 law amendment, which allows installing photovoltaic power plants on agricultural land without the need for removal from agricultural land fund. This brings farmers the possibility to obtain subsidies both for crop cultivation and electricity production.

Solar Parking Roofing - Carports

Another specialization is carports - solar parking space roofing. These are technically demanding mounting systems that require specific know-how. Unlike competitors who often must purchase these mounting systems from external suppliers, we can manufacture and install them with our own resources. This allows us to guarantee both quality and delivery deadlines.

For large parking lots, we can implement roofing with capacity up to 400 kWp. These installations not only provide shade for parked vehicles but also generate significant amounts of clean energy that can be used directly in the facility.
