As part of this investment project, we carried out a complete modernisation of the lighting system with the aim of improving energy efficiency, enhancing lighting conditions, and reducing operating costs.
A total of 338 luminaires were replaced or newly installed, of which:
The implemented measures achieved energy savings of 65.07% compared to the original state. The new LED lighting not only delivers significantly lower energy consumption, but also offers a longer service life and consistent light output.
The grant covered nearly 49.6 % of the total investment costs.
The project also brought significant environmental benefits — CO₂ emissions were reduced by 59.391 t/year. The result is efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly lighting that provides the municipality with long-term operational savings and improved lighting comfort.
