559.19
kWp

For the manufacturing facility of Lear in Vyškov, we delivered a photovoltaic power plant with a total capacity of 559.19 kWp. Lear Vyškov is part of Lear Corporation, one of the ten largest global suppliers to the automotive industry, and belongs to its E-Systems division (Electrical and Electronic Systems).
We built the plant across two areas at once, on the roof of the production hall and on the adjacent ground, and connected them into a single integrated system.
As the general contractor, we coordinated the entire project, from earthworks and cable routing through the assembly of various types of mounting structures to commissioning.
The plant is equipped with 1,083 monocrystalline photovoltaic panels in three power variants (JA Solar 460W, Risen 540W, Trinasolar 550W), with a total power output of 559.19 kWp and a minimum efficiency of 20.7%. The panels are complemented by Tigo optimizers and eight Fronius inverters from the Tauro and Verto model series, with a combined rated output of 500 kW. The system is designed without storage.
The electricity produced is used directly within the manufacturing facility. This reduces the energy intensity of operations and delivers significant savings in operating costs.
The project was supported by a subsidy of CZK 3,195,000, improving its return on investment.
The main goal of the installation was to cover a significant part of the facility's consumption from a renewable source.
